Return & Refund Policy

At Trendymart, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as innerwear, accessories, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Trendymart reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy conditions.
